Can I modify or cancel my order?

Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will be denied. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once it has been received.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days of the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
